This property has agreed to be part of our Preferred Property Program, which groups together properties that stand out because of their excellent service and quality/price ratio with competitive prices. There are a lot of restaurants and services in the immediate area and a tram stop is a 5-minute walk away. Very good bakery a couple of doors down, grocery store a short walk away too. The hotel is very close to the Basilica di Sant’Antonio. At Hotel Al Santo you can stay in comfortable single, double and triple rooms.

Participation in the program requires meeting a specific set of criteria and takes feedback from previous guests into account. We were given very specific instructions for the car park and information about the city with a very good map. Reception staff was friendly, very helpful and spoke English well. I recommend it's restaurant for dinner, good food and attentive staff. The breakfast was good, I like that you can boil eggs as you want them. You can only park your car at a garage 10 minutes of walking away, but this is the price you pay for staying in the old center (this and the very small bathroom also). Each room offers private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi internet access.

Another great option is to choose the room, which is an authentic “room with a view”: the guests, in fact, will enjoy a 360° view of San Lorenzo, Santa Maria del Fiore, the Giotto Tower, Palazzo Vecchio et cetera; the room is also equipped with a 42” LCD TV, air conditioning and free high speed Wi-Fi.
